Every idea comes from PROBLEM
Disrupt your mindset!
Build the team! Berdayakan keahlian yang hetero like in one team it has a person who
masters economy, a person who masters in design, a person who masters technology, a
person who masters the product, and so on.
Dalam sebuah usaha yang berdiri berdasarkan tim, having hetero skills are much better
instead of having only one skill of all the members.
Google has a Google Design Sprint, it is simply a structured brainstorm based on design
thinking and agile development. There are 6 steps of this Sprint:
1. Understand
What should be understood? The business goals! And also the technology capability.
2. Define
The team starts developing their focus and strategy. Define the problem and build the
solution.
3. Diverge
Teams choose the first ready idea to pursue. Everyone is encouraged to work
individually to sketch ideas. Satu masalah banyak solusi. Find the community!
4. Decide
In this section, the team reviews all the ideas from Diverge phase and vote for the
best options. They can choose 1-3 idea to prototype and test.
5. Prototype
From this phase, the team will know earlier what aspects of their ideas fail and which
have potential.
6. Validate
Validate your MVP! Is this idea any good? They should invite potential users to test
their ideas.
All about entrepreneurship is that it has to give impact to the social, society.
Build the ecosystem!
Mas Reyhan got inspired of Ahmad Zaki (CEO Bukalapak) that he was able to beat
thousands people to fight for UGM and he wouldn’t beat them again in the working world,
yet he should create working field for people.
Pak Faiz said that “It happens commonly that you have a bunch of ideas but you never
validate them.” From his statement, we realize that the only thing of the cause is that
sometimes people are too afraid to do a startup.
Bu Indiani defines CREATIVITY = Out of the box! Being creative is if you think and make
things “out of the box-ly” because what makes something blamed as a creativity is that that
something is unique, different, and special than others.
Pak Kumyang stated that “If you are a person who is brave enough in listening to other
people in the other words respect to people who are speaking in front of you and dares to
take notes of what people are saying, you already have the characters of being an
entrepreneur. Because all of those is the characteristics of entrepreneur.”
Pak Kumyang also told the audience that if we happen to have a business which needs a PT,
we can use PTs in UGM for our business because if our business is already big enough, we
do need a PT to support because PT has all things that a big business need. Also, if our
business needs a huge fund, we can look for the Inkubasi fund.
Creating a business? Becoming an entrepreneur? Make sure that your product is useful for
the society and it has to have unique value from it.
If you are willing to do a branding, follows the consumer’s emotional.
If you are brave enough to be different than others, you also need to think about the cost.
Start-Up should make you uncomfortable so that you
will be able to survive and be independent.
